This position uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Builds collaborative working relationships internally and externally. Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Track and report on on order assets
Attend meetings when necessary.
Audit hardware reports to ensure 95% accuracy metrics for deployed devices
Utilize asset management tools to determine software compliance
Work on tickets submitted by the users related to assets.
Develop/Generate ad hoc reports using asset management tools.
Send inquiries to contacts and owners about assigned devices if necessary.
Provide context on process improvement ideas
Maintain acceptable accuracy metrics for hardware
Maintain acceptable software compliance for software
Provide necessary reporting and dashboard creation for customers
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Less than 2 years of related experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong analytical experience or skills/aptitude.
Strong knowledge and/or experience with Excel report creation.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with IT terminology and functions.
Self-motivated able to work independently and reliably. Ability to work flexible schedule based on customer need.
Knowledge/experience of IT service desk operations knowledge.
MS Access report creation experience and knowledge is a plus.
IT Technology background.
IT infrastructure knowledge
Base certification or familiarity with ITIL
Shift flexibility and schedule adherence are required for the position.
