What youll own
- Drive new business growth across healthcare foodservice organizations by identifying developing and closing enterprise opportunities that expand Genius Foodservices market presence.
- Build and execute territory strategies that create a strong pipeline accelerate revenue growth and position Global Payments for long-term success within the healthcare sector.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through contract execution creating solutions that address client goals and deliver measurable business value.
- Influence decision-makers across healthcare nutrition services foodservice operations information technology procurement and executive leadership to build lasting partnerships.
- Shape solution strategies by collaborating with Sales Engineering Product and cross-functional teams to align client needs with innovative technology solutions.
- Expand opportunities within strategic healthcare accounts by partnering with Enterprise Relationship Managers to strengthen relationships and unlock new growth.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility that enables informed business decisions and supports sustainable revenue performance.
- Represent Genius Foodservice at client meetings healthcare industry events and executive discussions strengthening brand awareness and generating new opportunities.
- Create a seamless transition from sales to implementation by ensuring a successful handoff that positions clients for long-term success and adoption.
What you bring
- Bachelors degree or 5 years of enterprise sales experience.
- 3 to 7 years of experience selling technology solutions digital platforms or enterprise software preferably within healthcare systems or healthcare dining environments.
- Proven success managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing enterprise-level opportunities.
- Strong understanding of healthcare procurement processes information technology security reviews and compliance considerations.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and confidently to executive leaders and operational stakeholders.
- Strong pipeline management forecasting and territory planning skills with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- A collaborative mindset with experience partnering across Sales Engineering Product and client-facing teams to drive successful outcomes.
