Casual arrangement Monday to Friday for up to 2 months (potential for ongoing work)
Competitive rate of pay and hours of work (up to 46 to support operational priorities)
About the Role
Reporting into the Estimating team this role is central to how we coordinate information manage procurement administration and maintain accurate records across our tendering activity. Youll work alongside estimators project teams suppliers and subcontractors to ensure every tender goes out on time with the right information attached.
You will:
Manage estimating administration systems registers and tender project files to ensure accurate accessible record keeping
Assist with preparing correspondence and tender documentation in line with company formats and deadlines
Monitor the estimating inbox directing queries to the right people
Research and gather information to support tenders including liaising with internal teamsto facilitate smooth communications
Support compliance with company management systems
Coordinate team administration to keep operations running smoothly
About You
2years of experience in administration or a similar support role
Able to use critical thinking and analysis to solve problems
Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
Comfortable working within established systems and processes
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Outlook Word Excel)
Experience coordinating with internal teams
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Highly effective time management workload prioritisation and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
