Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Billing Coordinator to join our team. This full-time in-office contract-to-hire position position supports the Service Manager and works closely with coordinators technicians and customers to ensure accurate and timely billing. The ideal candidate is organized a strong communicator and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time MondayFriday standard business hours (in-office)

Youre comfortable working with numbers highly organized and an effective communicatorboth written and verbal. As a self-starter you take initiative manage your time well and thrive in fast-paced environments. Youre tech-savvy proficient with Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems. If you type 60 words per minute and enjoy being part of a team that values accuracy and efficiency this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Close out service work orders in our service management software
- Prepare job details for billing including labor parts and fees
- Invoice work orders in financial software
- Upload invoices to customer portals or send via email
- Run and review billing reports regularly
- Track and maintain purchase order (PO) balances
- Communicate with field technicians to verify labor and parts accuracy
- Follow up weekly with customers to confirm invoice receipt
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing-related questions

- Reports directly to the Service Manager
