His and Hers Hormone Health & Wellness is a growing patient-first clinic in Chehalis WA dedicated to helping patients optimize their health through hormone therapy IV wellness and whole-person care. As our first Registered Nurse you will be the clinical backbone across both of our locations elevating the patient experience through hands-on care education and consistent clinical execution. This role exists because our patient volume is growing and our patients deserve a dedicated nurse who can extend the quality of care that defines this clinic. You will work alongside our Medical Assistants support our ARNP and be a trusted clinical resource for every patient who walks through our doors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer IV therapies for a growing patient panel
Conduct medication dose adjustments and lab follow-ups in accordance with standing orders established by the ARNP.
Assist with lab draws and ensure accurate timely specimen handling across both clinic locations.
Provide thorough compassionate patient education during every interaction covering topics including hormone therapy weight loss and peptides.
Interpret lab results with patients in plain language helping them understand their numbers and feel confident in their care plan.
Support medication refills within standing order protocols collaborating with MAs as needed.
Delegate and coordinate tasks with Medical Assistants across both Chehalis locations ensuring smooth daily operations.
Serve as clinical coverage support between both locations stepping in where the patient load or team needs reinforcement.
Maintain an engaged upbeat patient experience from check-in through discharge; set the clinical tone for warmth and professionalism.
Participate in ongoing continuing education to stay current in wellness nursing hormone health and aesthetic services.
REQUIREMENTS
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington required.
Minimum 12 years of clinical nursing experience preferably with hospital or acute care background.
Strong foundation in IV therapy lab interpretation and patient education.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-location outpatient environment with significant autonomy.
Excellent communication skills can adapt teaching style to meet each patient where they are.
Comfortable delegating to and collaborating with Medical Assistants in a respectful team-first manner.
Genuine interest in health wellness hormones and helping patients feel their best not just treating symptoms.
Self-directed learner with enthusiasm for continuing education and clinical growth.
RESULTS EXPECTED
Successfully administer IV therapies with a target of scaling from 5 to 20 IV sessions per week within the first 6 months.
Deliver patient education in 100% of appointments every interaction ends with the patient having a clearer understanding of their care plan.
Maintain accurate standing order documentation and dose adjustment logs across both clinic locations with zero compliance gaps.
Lab interpretation and teaching completed same-visit for all patients with new or updated results.
Achieve a smooth transition into both clinic locations demonstrating cross-site competency within 60 days of hire.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$35 - $40 per hour
Bonus based on company and employee performance at leaderships discretion
4-5 day workweek 8:30am to 3:30pm potential weekends as needed
