POSITION OVERVIEW
The Patient Safety Applications Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations and complex patient safety workflows within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role serves as a technical bridge between Accenture teams software vendors and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality support and enhancements.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate issue resolution within Midas Plus (including Statit & Datavision) and Riskonnect applications.
Work with vendors to test and implement new features in Patient Safety applications.
Generate ad hoc and periodic reports for the Regulatory group.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for event and risk reporting workflows and configurations.
Lead and coordinate with offshore support teams ensuring effective task delegation.
Maintain system documentation including workflows build specifications and testing protocols.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
A technical administrator with deep roots in healthcare provider systems who is comfortable acting as a liaison between technical teams and clinical stakeholders. They should be a self-starter capable of managing offshore teams and participating in on-call rotations while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
