Physical Therapist Outpatient Orthopaedics Full-Time Monday Friday Sign-On Bonus Available
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering high-quality individualized care to orthopaedic patients.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients develop personalized treatment plans provide hands-on therapy and education and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation aides. Both experienced clinicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Monday Friday
3 Early Shifts: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
2 Late Shifts: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate orthopaedic patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals recovery and home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate
Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation aides
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Promote patient safety functional improvement and quality outcomes
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Pennsylvania
Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Orthopaedic outpatient experience preferred but not required
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation ranging from $38.94 $60.69/hour depending on experience and location
Approximate annual salary range: $81000 $126000
$5000 Sign-On Bonus
Annual CME/CEU allowance of $1750

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation team.
