Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Trade Operations Analyst to support end-to-end trade processing settlement and reconciliation activities across multiple asset classes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trade operations settlements or middle office environments and be comfortable working in a fast-paced financial services setting.
This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure accurate and timely trade execution and settlement.
Key Responsibilities
Process validate and settle trades across equities fixed income derivatives and other financial products.
Monitor trade confirmations allocations and settlement activities.
Investigate trade breaks settlement failures and reconciliation discrepancies.
Perform reconciliations with brokers custodians and counterparties.
Coordinate with Front Office Middle Office and external stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues.
Maintain accurate transaction records and support audit/compliance reporting.
Assist in improving operational workflows controls and trade processing efficiency.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and operational standards.

Trade Operations
Trade Settlements
Middle Office Operations
Post-Trade Processing
Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
Experience working with financial instruments such as:
Equities
Fixed Income
Derivatives
Hands-on experience with tools/platforms such as:
DTCC
Bloomberg
SWIFT
Similar trade processing platforms
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial systems.
Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple asset classes.
Exposure to reconciliation and exception management.
Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
