Job Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-orientedDDQ Digitization Specialistto support an AI-first Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) platform through Human-in-the-Loop document review. You will ensure AI-extracted outputs areaccurate complete and correctly structuredagainst source DDQ documents.
This role requires strong attention to detail fast turnaround times and the ability to work with structured legal/business documents in a high-accuracy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Document Review & Validation
- Access and manage assigned DDQ review queue in a SaaS platform
- Review DDQ documents page by page against source files
- Ensure all sections and questions are captured completely and in correct sequential order
- Verify extracted content matches the source verbatim including formatting and line breaks
Section & Question Correction
- Add missing sections/questions using exact source text
- Correct ordering issues by restructuring sections and questions
- Preserve all formatting numbering and prefixes (e.g. A. 1. Section B)
- Disambiguate duplicate section names when needed
- Ensure no duplicate or missed questions across sections
Quality Assurance
- Validate 100% completeness of sections and questions
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs (no editing or answering content)
- Finalize only when all content is fully accurate and structured correctly
Performance Expectations
- Complete each DDQ review within 1 hour SLA
- Achieve 100% accuracy in sections and questions
- Ensure correct sequencing and placement of all content
- No modification of source content beyond structural corrections
- Escalate unclear or incomplete documents appropriately
Success Metrics
- 100% section and question capture accuracy
- Correct sequential ordering of all sections
- Verbatim accuracy of all question text
- Zero inclusion of answer content
- Timely completion within SLA requirements
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience reviewing structured documents (forms questionnaires legal or business docs)
- Excellent reading comprehension and data comparison skills
- High proficiency in copy/paste accuracy and formatting preservation
- Comfortable working with SaaS tools and document workflows
- Ability to follow strict SOPs and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Experience
- DDQ financial services investor due diligence or legal operations experience
- Exposure to AI-assisted or Human-in-the-Loop workflows
- Background in document processing back-office operations or quality control
