Senior Associate GEO
Atdentsu we help leading brands build visibility across a search landscape that is rapidly evolving.Werelooking for a Senior Associate GEO to support a complex enterpriselevel client and drive performance across both traditional search and emerging AIpowered discovery experiences.
This role is ideal for someone witha strong foundationin SEO who is ready to independently own daytoday workstreams and is energized by an emerging fastchanging search landscape.Yourecurious by nature eager to testnew ideas and motivated to help shape how brands show up across AIpowered discovery experiences.Youllwork across technical SEO content optimization performance reporting and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) partnering closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to improve discoverability in both search engines and generative environments.
Responsibilities:
Own daytoday execution of GEO and SEO workstreams for a large enterpriselevel client ensuring work is highquality on time and aligned to business goals
Execute technical GEO/SEO audits (crawlability indexation Core Web Vitals page speed structured data) and translate findings into prioritized actionable recommendations
Conduct keyword and prompt research competitive analysis content evaluations and gap assessments to inform optimization priorities and content strategy
Develop andmaintainonpage optimization recommendations for traditional search and AIdriven discovery (metadata heading structure internal linking schema content formatting)
Support GEO initiatives byidentifyingopportunities to improve content structure factual clarity authority signals and citation readiness in generative search experiences
Analyze organic search and AI discovery performance turning data and technical findings into clear insights and recommended actions
Partner crossfunctionally with content analytics development media and account leadership to drive implementation and progress
Support site migrations redesigns CMS updates template changes and new page launches
Develop clientready reporting POVs and presentations that clearly communicate performance opportunities and next steps
Proactivelyidentifynew GEO and AI discovery opportunities testing ideas and challenging assumptions as platforms and behaviors evolve
Skills & Experience:
3 years of SEO experience ideally in an agency or enterprise environment
Strong understanding of technical SEO onpage optimization search intent and performance analysis
GEO experience preferred including optimization recommendations and AI visibility monitoring in tools such as Profound or Bluefish
Experience working on large or complex websites with multiple stakeholders templates or content types
Ability to independently manage daytoday workstreams while contributing to broader strategic initiatives
Confidence presenting findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders
Working knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and structured data
Proficiencywith SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console GA4 Adobe Analytics Screaming Frog BrightEdgeSemrushAhrefs or similar
Strong analytical communication organizational and project management skills
High levelsof accountability autonomy and followthrough

The annual salary range for this position is $62100-$81000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factorspermittedby law.
