This roleis responsible forprocessing all vehicle sales from the sales department auditing paperwork to ensure compliance with dealership state and federal regulations andmaintainingaccuratefinancial records. ContractsSpecialistCompetitive Salary:$23-$26 per hour.

ContractsSpecialistResponsibilities:

• Audits retail purchase documents from sales departments for compliance with all applicable federalstateand local taxes and fees.

• Communicate with finance staffregardingany discrepancies in documents.

• Ensureaccuratepostings to accounting using database CDK Drive making sure gross profit isaccuratebetween the deal and accounting.

• Audits payoffs on trades and processesaccuratepayoff checks to lender.

• Purchasingnew car inventory and managing MCOs between factory and dealer trades.

• Audit andreconcilethe inventory schedules of assigned stores includingreconcilingflooring ensuring clean accounting schedules.

• Processingdealer trades.

• Deposit safe money into vault whenreceivedfrom the stores.

• Follow up with finance/sales managers on deal issues.

• Reconcilesales commissions.

ContractsSpecialistQualifications:

• Previousaccounting experiencerequired.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructionsfurnishedin written oral or schedule form.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to work alone self-motivateand manage ones own time.

• Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Computer literate (MS Word Advanced ExcelOutlook).

• Organized and extremelydetail-oriented.
