Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic hematology/oncology team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient-centered care supporting treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient conditions and support physicians in developing and executing treatment plans
Develop implement and document individualized nursing care plans
Conduct ongoing patient assessments and adjust care plans as needed
Administer medications and therapeutic nursing interventions safely and effectively
Coordinate and manage patient care within an oncology setting
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with care standards
Promote evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Deliver patient-centered care aligned with established nursing models
Collaborate with physicians specialists and healthcare staff
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of acute care oncology experience (adult inpatient setting)
Experience with leukemia and lymphoma patient populations
