Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a travel contract assignment in a fast-paced ED environment. The RN will provide critical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions while ensuring safe high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
Manage high-acuity cases and emergency interventions
Perform rapid assessment triage and stabilization of patients
Administer medications and treatments per protocol
Float to other units as needed based on facility requirements
Document all patient care in Epic EMR
Utilize Omnicell medication dispensing system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license in applicable state
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
Epic EMR experience (minimum 1 year required)
BLS ACLS PALS certifications required
TNCC certification required
CPI or MAB certification required
Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends
