Role Summary

As a Master Data Specialist Supply Chain you will support the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA (ESPHORA) by ensuring accurate complete and reliable master data for distribution and warehousing operations across LATAM. This role partners closely with global and regional teams to enable a smooth data migration and long-term data governance.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare Supply Chain master data for the SAP S/4HANA (ESPHORA) implementation
• Lead data mapping cleansing validation and migration activities across LATAM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Regulatory Purchasing Inventory) to integrate data sources
• Ensure alignment of current processes with S/4HANA requirements
• Act as the key liaison between implementation partners and business teams
• Establish and support postgo-live data governance processes
• Track and report data migration progress risks and readines

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field (Logistics focus is a plus)
• 3 years of experience in Master Data Management / Data Architecture
• Strong Excel skills and experience managing complex datasets
• Knowledge of SAP preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Analytical results-driven collaborative and comfortable working in change environments
