The Role:
Werehiring aTalent Resourcerto support our Talent team at AP. Working in a casual capacity 2 days per week(or flexible hours across school hours) in our CBD office this role would be ideal for return-to-work parents or anyone wanting meaningful work with balance.
Whatyoullbe doing:
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter job boards internal databases and targeted outreach via phone and email.
- Support talent mapping initiatives by identifying competitor organisations target talent pools and building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and talent pipelines within the ATS ensuring data integrity and an exceptional candidate experience.
Youreearlyor evenestablishedin your career butseekinga flexible & meaningful.
- Previous experience as a Recruiter or Resourcer ideally with up to 3 years experience supporting hiring across multiple sectors industries or functional disciplines.
- Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capability with proven experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and market insights to identify and engage high-quality talent.
- Proficient in using ATS platforms and AI-powered tools to maintain accurate candidate data streamline workflows and deliver efficient recruitment outcomes.
