OurNSW/ACTWorkplace team is looking for aWorkplace Coordinatorto play a key role in delivering a highquality wellrun andpeople-focusedworkplace experienceacross our SydneyNewcastleand Canberra offices.

This role isbased inourCanberraoffice5-days a week and you will be located atourConcierge Deskwhereyoullbe the face of our workplace-bringingAureconsbrand to life through a welcoming inclusive and professionalfrontofhouseexperience while also supporting the smooth delivery of facilities and workplace operations.

Werelooking for someone whoscurious proactive and peoplefocused with the ability to balance excellent customer service with practical execution.Youllenjoy solving problems coordinating activity behind the scenes and using data and insights to continuously improve both workplace experience and operational outcomes. Your role will include:

  • Delivering awarmprofessionaland consistent workplace experiencefor clientsvisitorsand staff in the Canberra office helping create a welcomingconnectedand well-run environment.

  • Supporting the Canberra Office Leadwith client-facing activities local office coordination communicationsadministrationand initiatives that strengthen office culture and engagement.

  • Coordinating Canberra events large meetingsworkshopsand workplace activations ensuring they are well planned professionally delivered and aligned to business needs.

  • Managing day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance suppliers cleaning catering stationery storage PPE car parkingfleetand general workplace services.

  • Managing healthsafetyand compliance activities includingDonesafereporting workplace inspections ISO audit requirements fire warden and first aider coordination corrective actions andaccuraterecord keeping.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for workplace services responding to staff visitor and stakeholder needs including access passes room support IT/AV triageWiFi lockersarchivingand general office requests.

  • Supporting Canberra client and business development administration includingCMSupdates tender site monitoring proposal support projectcoordinationand local market information where.

  • Providing practical coordination support for Canberra leadership including calendar coordination meeting preparation minute taking action follow-up and general office administration.

  • Supporting major and minor Canberra workplace projects includingfitoutactivity office improvements stakeholder coordination supplierfollow-upand project administration.

  • Identifyingand driving continuous improvement opportunitiesacross workplace experience facilities operations office culture clientsupportand regional NSW/ACT service delivery.

As well as experience in a similartype ofrole or hospitality environmentspecificallywerelooking for:

  • Proven experience in apeople-centric client customerserviceor workplace environment with the ability to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

  • Demonstrated capability or exposure tofacilitiesoperationsor workplace coordination activities such as maintenance coordination compliance tasksassetor fleet administration.

  • Experience supporting or deliveringevents hospitality or workplace activationswill be highly regarded but is not essential.

  • Comfortable working acrossboth frontofhouseand operational responsibilities balancing service delivery with practical execution.

  • Ability to quickly learn and confidently usedigital workplace systems and tools(e.g. booking systems asset registers collaboration platforms).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including clear and professionalwritten communication.

  • A collaborative team player with the confidence towork with stakeholders at all levels including vendorscontractorsand internal teams.

  • Personableproactiveand enthusiastic with a genuine passion for creatingwelcominginclusiveandwell-runworkplaces.

  • Self-starterwho is adaptable and resilientwhothrives in afast-pacedenvironment where priorities span experienceoperationsand compliance.

  • The role isphysically demandingand includes tasks such as lifting/moving light furniture and moving stock bending reaching and standing or walking for extended periods.
