• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers and 5 installation crews
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Process completed job paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and organize upcoming job packets for installation teams
• Maintain accurate customer and job records in CRM
• Track and report key operational metrics including:
  • Job completion rates
  • Labor cost percentages
  • Installation team performance
• Assist with payroll preparation related to installation crews
• Order replacement parts and support warranty/service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer or job-related issues quickly
• Communicate timelines expectations and updates to customers
• Collaborate with sales operations and field teams to ensure smooth job flow
• Follow company SOPs and maintain an organized workflow

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience handling scheduling paperwork or operations coordination
• Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with numbers reports and performance tracking
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• CRM or operations system experience preferred
