Be the Dutch-speaking voice behind one of the worlds most used travel platforms. On the project youll support customers through calls and emails resolving issues logging everything properly and keeping satisfaction levels high. What Youll Be Doing
Handling inbound calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers
Accurately logging all interactions in the customer service database
Resolving complaints and escalating following company policy
Troubleshooting using internal tools and support documentation
Consistently hitting SLA targets
Identifying recurring issues and flagging patterns
What Were Looking For
Fluent Dutch (C2) non-negotiable
English
High School Diploma minimum
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
Comfortable with rotating shifts including evenings
