Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy Full-Time
Location: PortervilleCA 93257
Setting: Acute Care Hospital Endoscopy Unit
Shift: Variable 8-hour shifts On-Call
Pay Range: $46.47 $65.02 per hour (DOE)
Bonus: Up to $10000 Sign-On Bonus (for RNs with 3 years of experience)
About the Role
Welltech Partners is partnering with a leading acute care hospital to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong RN who thrives in a procedural setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
In this role you will provide holistic individualized nursing care using the nursing process while supporting endoscopic procedures and ensuring patient safety across all age groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care across all stages: pre-procedure intra-procedure and post-procedure
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Safely administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Assist with endoscopic procedures and ensure proper equipment handling
- Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with hospital policies
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety goals
What Were Looking For
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification (required)
- ACLS Certification (required within 6 months of hire)
- Strong clinical judgment critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with healthcare systems

- Participation in emergency response and disaster support as needed
