Job Summary
Job Description
- Develop and expand B2B customers in the manufacturing sector (plastics chemicals raw materials).
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth with existing accounts.
- Provide technical and commercial consulting to customers based on production and application needs.
- Work closely with technical production and logistics teams to ensure solution suitability product quality and on-time delivery.
- Monitor order execution support issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research track industry trends competitors and customer insights and report to management.
Job Requirements
- Open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates.
- Background in plastics chemicals materials or related industries is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive learning-oriented mindset with a clear career interest in business development / technical sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- English (IELTS 6.5) or Chinese (HSK 4) is a plus.
