Job Summary
Stores Person
Location: Co. Meath
Salary: Up to 40000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday Flexible start/finish times for the right candidate
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer skills good attention to detail and experience working in a busy warehouse retail stock control or parts environment. The successful candidate will become an important part of a supportive team in a stable long-term role.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving checking and organising incoming deliveries
- Picking and preparing orders for customers and internal departments
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control
- Using computer systems for stock management orders and invoicing
- Assisting with parts and product queries from customers and colleagues
- Ensuring the stores area is clean organised and operating efficiently
- Supporting the wider team with goods dispatch and supplier returns
- Assisting with day-to-day operational duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a store warehouse stock control or parts role
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable proactive and hands-on approach
- Experience within machinery automotive agricultural construction or technical sectors would be an advantage but is not essential
