Key Responsibilities
Receiving checking and organising incoming deliveries
Picking and preparing orders for customers and internal departments
Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control
Using computer systems for stock management orders and invoicing
Assisting with parts and product queries from customers and colleagues
Ensuring the stores area is clean organised and operating efficiently
Supporting the wider team with goods dispatch and supplier returns
Assisting with day-to-day operational duties as required
Requirements
Previous experience in a store warehouse stock control or parts role
Strong computer and administrative skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable proactive and hands-on approach
Experience within machinery automotive agricultural construction or technical sectors would be an advantage but is not essential
