Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Mayville WI
Shift: MondayFriday 4am-12p
What Youll Do
In this role youll be a key part of daily warehouse operationskeeping work flowing ensuring accuracy and supporting the team on the floor.
- Coordinate daily warehouse and dock activities to ensure efficient product flow
- Monitor shipping cockpit and warehouse transactions for accuracy
- Lead and support warehouse team members by assigning work and following up on completion
- Manage wave releases to maintain a consistent workflow for the team
- Troubleshoot product shortages and adjust shipments as needed
- Partner with warehouse leadership to ensure smooth execution of operations
- Support inventory accuracy and staging for outbound loads
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse logistics or distribution environment (lead or coordinator experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate team activities
- Experience with warehouse systems (WMS); SAP experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with inventory tracking and warehouse processes
- Strong computer skills (Excel reporting data entry)
