As a Business Experience Plan Expert youll take center stage within the Technology Strategy team helping shape the stories behind the initiatives that drive our enterprise forward. - Uses advanced knowledge and expertise to indirectly lead cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
- Develops and executes on key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
- Participates in the industry and leads execution and implementation of business planning processes according to industry standards and trends. Designs strategic plans based on forecasts and provides improvement recommendations.
- Guides strategic plans through thought leadership and develops solutions roadmaps and assessments of potential business impacts to address business needs. Identifies and executes executes opportunities that add significant value to the business and to achieve business goals.
- Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy. Presents to executive leadership for buy in.
- Serves as subject matter expert and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives. Develops trains and mentors team members and partners to build expertise and knowledge for the future success of the organization.
