Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity Medical/Surgical unit specializing in trauma and surgical care. This role involves managing complex patient cases in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to individuals with complex medical and surgical conditions
Manage high-acuity cases including spinal neuro and trauma patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Perform accurate documentation using electronic medical records
Participate in patient handoff processes between departments
Requirements
Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical experience
BLS certification required
ACLS preferred
Experience with EPIC EMR system required
Must be flexible with assigned schedules (no block scheduling)
Availability for full assignment duration required
