Rate: CAD 50 55 per hour

Role Summary

We are hiring for this role where the selected candidate will work on a product-focused initiative in the construction technology domain. Youll design high-quality user interfaces contribute to scalable design systems and help shape AI-driven user experiences across modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Youll collaborate with designers engineers and product managers to plan and deliver scalable design solutions.
• Build and refine UI patterns aligned with design systems for consistent user experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems with reusable components and standards.
• Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs across different stages of the product lifecycle.
• Present your design work clearly explaining decisions and expected outcomes.
• Support efforts to improve design processes and strengthen platform consistency.
• Work closely with teams to explore AI-driven UX patterns and experiment with new ideas.

Must-Have Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in visual product design or UX/UI.
• Solid understanding of typography color theory layout and visual hierarchy.
• Strong experience delivering high-quality visual UI design for digital products.
• Hands-on experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• Experience creating wireframes prototypes and production-ready UI designs.
• Experience in presenting design work to stakeholders with a clear rationale.
• Experience designing for mobile platforms.
• Exposure to AI-driven interfaces or emerging technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with interaction design including user flows and usability testing.
• Familiarity with animation or motion design.
• Experience in construction tech CAD tools or similar domains.
• Background in user research or usability insights.
