Job Summary

Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 6 Months
W2 Contract

Key Requirements:

7 years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise IT environments
Strong experience with requirements gathering & business process mapping
Experience supporting ERP initiatives (SAP preferred)
Ability to work in discovery/strategy phases of large transformation programs
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Strong communication and documentation skills
Retail and/or eCommerce experience preferred

Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP Salesforce
Exposure to digital transformation or modernization initiatives
Knowledge of data strategy governance or AI readiness efforts
