Position Summary
Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team on 2OP. In this role you will provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients while supporting families through compassionate evidence-based care delivery.

Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in the NICU
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
Administer medications treatments and specialized neonatal interventions
Collaborate with neonatologists physicians respiratory therapists and interdisciplinary teams
Support and educate parents and families throughout the patient care journey
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire
American Heart Association BLS Certification upon hire
American Academy of Pediatrics NRP Certification within 90 days of hire
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
