Key Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Design scalable integrations using Kafka (event streaming)
Drive architecture for AI/ML and conversational AI solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Agile/SAFe programs
Support digital transformation initiatives for contact center and member experience platforms
Required Skills:
Strong experience as a Solutions Architect (not Tech Lead/Architect variants)
Deep expertise in GCP cloud architecture
Hands-on experience with Kafka / event-driven architecture
Experience in AI/ML or conversational AI solutions
Prior experience in Healthcare (preferred) or Finance/Insurance domains
Nice to Have:
Salesforce / Health Cloud experience
Contact Center or CX transformation experience
