Job Summary We are looking for a skilled US IT Recruiter with 2 to 6 years of experience in end to end recruitment for US based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing screening and placing IT professionals across various technologies while working in a fast paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Handle full cycle US IT recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Work on W2 C2C and 1099 requirements from direct clients and implementation partners Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and other recruiting tools Evaluate candidate skills experience and suitability for open positions Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients Negotiate pay rates and ensure successful placements Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Meet daily weekly and monthly hiring targets
Required Skills
2 to 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment Strong understanding of US hiring practices tax terms W2 C2C 1099 Hands on experience with job portals like Dice Monster CareerBuilder and LinkedIn Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in night shifts US time zones Strong sourcing and screening skills
