Currently seeking a SeniorMechanical Engineerto partner with THE Global Leader inLaser and Electro-Opticsfor the DoD AerospaceandNASA Lasers Lidars and Laser Communication Systemsare all areas of expertise!

About The Position:
- Leading technical team efforts to create mechanical system laser design solutions and architecture.
- Detailing design CAD models and drawings.
- Analyzing systems thermally and structurally
- Initiating procurements.
- Supporting assembly and testing of systems.
- Preparing technical reports.
- Leading design review meetings.
- Creating new concepts in support of business development opportunities.
- Experience in the design and analysis of electro-optical systems for military and/or aerospace applications
- Experience in the design of thermal control systems packaging of electronics precision mechanisms and sealed enclosures
- Expertise in Creo software
- Experience with ANSYS software a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- On-site only
- BS in Mechanical Engineering required MS preferred
- 15 years relevant experience minimum
