Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician Location: Ripon WI 54971 Job Type: Full-Time Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to support first-shift manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting repairing installing and maintaining complex electrical and mechanical systems to ensure efficient production operations and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical PLC electronic hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Design and test minor electrical circuits and machine control systems.
Install maintain and service electrical and electronic controls using schematics and blueprints.
Support facility electrical power and water distribution systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and replace defective electrical or mechanical components.
Assemble and install electrical equipment including conduit panels breakers motors transformers and lighting fixtures.
Perform preventative maintenance and monitor equipment performance for safety and operational efficiency.
Execute both basic and advanced mechanical repairs as needed.
Utilize CMMS systems to document maintenance activities work orders and parts inventory.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior maintenance personnel.
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or two-year technical degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electro-mechanical maintenance.
Strong experience with PLC troubleshooting electrical controls circuit design and power distribution systems.
Hands-on knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and blueprints.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended periods standing bending and stooping during 10-hour shifts.
