Job Description: We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support a urology practice in an outpatient setting. This role involves providing direct patient care assisting with clinical procedures and ensuring a smooth workflow within the clinic. Candidates with a strong general LPN background are encouraged to apply with urology experience considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and support in a urology clinic
Assist with procedures and patient assessments
Administer medications and treatments as directed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality care
Requirements:
Active LPN/LVN license (Georgia or Compact State)
Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
BLS certification (required)
Strong clinical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Urology experience
