Balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution
Operations & Client Relations
Work directly with clients and coordinate across internal teams
Develop services and workflows where none currently exist
Team & Organizational Growth
Eventually build and lead a team beneath you
Grow into a senior leadership role as the function matures
Qualifications
Proven experience building something new not just managing whats already there
Strategic thinker whos comfortable getting into the weeds
Strong cross-functional communicator; able to work with clients and internal stakeholders alike
