As a Locum NP you will provide comprehensive primary care services including assessments diagnosis and treatment plans for patients of all ages. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide patient education on health management and disease prevention
Prescribe medications and manage treatment regimens
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Stay informed about the latest developments in family medicine and primary care
Requirements
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington
Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
Knowledge of electronic health record systems
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred
Schedule: 5x 8-hour shifts or 4x 10-hour shifts per week
No call requirement
Patient Census: 15-16 per day
Patient Population: All ages
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Cases: Bread & butter primary care
Support Staff: Additional APPs
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
