What You Will Do and Learn

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedSalesforce Alliances Associateto support and execute Spaulding Ridges co-sell efforts partner marketing initiatives events strategy and alliance engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building relationships and is passionate about drivingsalesand partner collaboration. You will play a key role in enhancing our presence through building channel relationships webinars conferences and channel events while also supportingsales cycles.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate withAlliances and Go-to-Market leadershipto execute a cohesive event and partner marketing strategy that drives awareness engagement and pipeline through trade shows webinars in-person events and speaking engagements.

• Plan coordinate promote and execute all aspects ofwebinars and partner-led eventsshowcasingSpaulding Ridgesexpertiseand joint value propositions with key technology partners.

• Supportdirect alliance engagementby coordinating joint marketing activities managing partner communications and tracking KPIs.

• Own andmaintaindeal registrationsacross partner portals ensuringtimelyandaccuratesubmissions that support sales and alliance goals.

• Manage and curate client stories and success narrativesin collaboration with marketing and client teams to support partner marketing and sales enablement.

• Oversee theend-to-end event and sponsorship planning processincluding researchingopportunities evaluating venues managing invitations and RSVPs and overseeinglogistics.

• Handle all aspects ofonsite event execution including ordering supplies signage swag and coordinating shipping and receiving.

• Partner with the marketing team to developcompelling messaging and co-branded contentthat aligns with Spaulding Ridges brand and partner narratives.

• Analyze the success andimpactof each event and partner campaign throughROI reporting and lead tracking in Salesforce.

• Assistproject leaders withon-site client event coordinationand executive briefings.

• Maintain detailed records ofevent budgets partner activities and feedbackto inform future planning.

• Represent Spaulding Ridge atindustry events and partner forums articulating our value and differentiators.

Qualifications:

• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for building relationships

• 2 years of experience insales partner marketing or alliance management

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to travel 20% across the U.S. and Canada

• Experience in aprofessional servicesor B2B tech environmentpreferred

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools

• Bachelors degreerequired

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of Salesforce technology offerings
• Experience driving alliance relationships and sales with the Salesforce ecosystem
