We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Engineering team this summer! This is a paid internship working 25 hours a week.
JCSA engineers are responsible for the design construction and administration of capital improvement projects or programs review and approval of development projects studies and analyses for water/wastewater systems and inspection of public and private development and capital improvement projects related to water/wastewater facilities.
Responsibilities
Support the Engineering section assisting with plan reviews preparing documents such as permit applications water audits and other reports; assist with customer notifications and review shop drawings/submittals for materials.
An intern will have an opportunity to participate in assignments that develop fundamental engineering knowledge related to water/wastewater facilities.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in civil engineering mechanical electrical engineering or related field. Computer skills. Ability to follow instructions and be a team player. Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of engineering concepts fundamentals and theory.
