General Responsibilities
Sales and Profitability
Manages assigned accounts by identifying and executing short to medium-term sales strategies in alignment with business goals.
Negotiates most favorable contract prices and terms to maximize targeted revenues and GM* of each SKU* as well as minimize related expenses.
Prepares all sales-related materials such as but not limited to quotations proposals.
Ensures full customer satisfaction by providing on-time delivery after-sales service and bridging of customer requirements with DKSH PH internal processes and services.
Coordinates with support groups within DKSH PH* (R&D QA Finance SCM and CSS)* to ensure total customer astonishment loyalty and achievement of profitable growth objectives.
SWC Management
Gathers sufficient data to accurately derive sales forecasts for better MRP* and inventory management.
Monitors well-managed CRC* and settlement of ARs and SARs within prescribed credit terms.
Monitors inventory turnover of each SKU* to eliminate ageing items.
New Business Development
Develops new projects acquires new accounts increases account share to profitably grow business.
Generates market insight by gathering information (competitive rates activities market trends organizational changes network of toll manufacturers third-party providers/contractors) to more effectively determine appropriate product solutions and packages.
Prepares and conducts presentations to customers and suppliers.
Administrative Functions
Requests price upload and changes as necessary thru List Price Condition e-form.
Disseminates SO* and copy of customers PO* and approved quotation to CSS* and ensures proper filing of the same.
Fills-up Material Maintenance form for new materials.
Prepares Requests for Credit Note and/or Debit Note for customers.
Provides information to CSS* for preparation of request for Credit Note and/or Debit Note to suppliers.
