WHAT YOULL DO
Handle commercial litigation from initial pleadings through trial and post-judgment enforcement
Conduct and defend depositions; manage discovery including e-discovery workflows
Draft and argue dispositive and pre-trial motions in New York Supreme Court and federal court
Communicate directly with clients and manage aspects of client relationships
Support business development and client pitches alongside senior attorneys
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to the New York Bar
3 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm
Employment or labor dispute experience is a plus
Excellent research writing and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a demanding caseload
