Job Summary

The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Acts as a material handling maintenance technician on all equipment that is installed at the MolsonCoors Albany Ga Brewery. The position is for Nightshift from 7pm-7am working 3 or 4 days a week Sun - Tue. and every other Sat. occasional overtime work may be required.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $30.00 to $34.50 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will DoInThis Role

  • Repair and maintenance ofMaterial Handling Equipment (MHE)including belt trackingcomponentadjustment/replacementcomponentlubrication etc.

  • Complete preventative maintenance routines documentation and procedures.

  • Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.

  • Create and close work orders intoan assetmanagement system withappropriate datato include labor hours equipment maintenance and parts used.

  • Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.

  • Locate and track spare parts from inventory.

  • Performs routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.

  • Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.

  • Identifyproblems as they occur and takeappropriate stepsto solve them.

  • Develop andmaintainpositive working relationships across all levels of theorganization.
