Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a General Superintendent for a full-time direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations mentoring Superintendents supporting project execution and ensuring projects are completed safely efficiently and with high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support multiple active construction projects
- Mentor and coach Superintendents and field teams
- Assist with scheduling budgeting manpower planning and project execution
- Conduct job site visits to monitor safety quality and productivity
- Collaborate with project management and operations leadership
- Support QA/QC initiatives and field training programs
Qualifications:
- 1015 years of construction leadership experience
- Background in water/wastewater infrastructure or coatingspreferred strong leadership planning and communication skills
- Experience managing crews schedules and project budgets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
