Responsibilities
Manages multiple and/or large programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Manages the work activities for multiple programs to ensure satisfying delivery. Manages the planning scope definition design execution and delivery. Serve as primary interface to Government (KO COR PMs) and lead all program execution activities Manage cost schedule performance and risk across a large CPFF contract Develop and maintain program plans schedules and status reporting Lead program reviews customer engagements and executive briefings Financial Management & Invoicing (Critical):
Ensure accurate timely invoicing in WAWF/PIEE aligned with contract requirements Manage and report monthly spend by CLIN/SLIN/ACRN proper ensuring funding alignment Maintain real-time visibility into burn rate obligations and remaining balances Ensure consistency across eCRAFT invoices and internal financial reporting Identify and resolve funding or billing discrepancies proactively Technical & Operational Oversight:
Oversee delivery of cloud (AWS/Azure) FinOps and enterprise IT services Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity RMF and cloud standards Drive continuous improvement automation and service optimization Team & Compliance:
Lead and manage program staff and subcontractors Ensure personnel meet clearance certification and performance requirements Maintain high standards for quality audit readiness and CPARS performance Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Qualifications
10 years of program management experience supporting DoD/Navy programs Experience managing large CPFF contracts ($40M) Strong experience with invoicing and financial management at the CLIN/SLIN/ACRN level Familiarity with WAWF/PIEE eCRAFT and DoD financial processes Experience with cloud or enterprise IT programs Bachelors degree required; PMP preferred Active Secret clearance required
