Salary Range: USD 1500 - 2500 per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

About the Role:
Were hiring a Quoting & Client Support Assistant to join a collaborative design-savvy team supporting a Canadian-based company in the custom countertop and interior surfaces industry. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on precision accountability and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
Youll work closely with foundersboth hands-on supportive and relationship-driven leaders. They value clear communication reliability and a coachable mindset and are looking for someone who will become a trusted proactive extension of the team.
What Youll Do:
This hybrid quoting and customer support role involves technical interpretation quoting via ERP tools and direct client interaction. Youll be responsible for end-to-end quote handlingfrom interpreting drawings to following up with clients.
Core Quoting Tasks:
- Prepare accurate quotes based on client selections or specs from designers
- Use the internal ERP system (Epicor) to generate quotes (training provided)
- Meet quote turnaround SLAs:
- Standard quotes: within 24 hours
- Complex/custom quotes: within 72 hours
- Maintain accurate internal records and tracking
- Proactively follow up on open/unconverted quotes
- Support Sales Staff and convert quotes into Sales Orders when required
Plan Reading & Technical Work:
- Interpret architectural cabinetry or countertop drawings
- Translate design specs into feasible quoting details (e.g. understanding material limits like stone doesnt float)
- Experience with kitchen stone or laminate design is a major plus
Client Communication:
- Respond to clients via email and occasional phone calls
- Clarify concerns resolve objections and build rapport professionally
- Communicate proactively with the internal teamno ghosting or lagging updates
Required Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Self-starter with excellent time management and task ownership
- Fluent English with a professional tone in both writing and speech
- Customer-oriented and confident in managing back-and-forth dialogue
- Able to learn fast and function independently after onboarding
- Comfortable being the one responsible for quotingconsistency and accountability are key
Bonus Points For:
- Experience reading architectural or cabinetry plans
- Exposure to interior/kitchen design stone/laminate surfaces
- Familiarity with ERP or quoting software (especially Epicor)
- Experience with AutoCAD drafting or technical project coordination
- Ability to juggle multiple quotes and still meet deadlines
