Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent communication
Conduct regular check-ins including monthly and quarterly performance reviews
Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
Client Onboarding & Implementation
Lead onboarding of all new clients from contract execution through operational launch
Coordinate with internal departments (operations compliance IT) to ensure a smooth transition
Ensure all client requirements workflows and expectations are clearly implemented
Establish baseline performance metrics and reporting structures during onboarding
Compliance Monitoring
Monitor adherence to client-specific requirements SLAs and regulatory expectations
Conduct periodic reviews to ensure ongoing compliance across all active accounts
Identify and escalate any compliance risks or gaps to leadership
Work cross-functionally to implement corrective actions when needed
Identify trends gaps and opportunities within each client portfolio
Prepare and present detailed scorecards during client review meetings
Use data to support strategic recommendations and operational improvements
Business Development
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
Cultivate new client relationships and explore new markets
Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and market positioning
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with operations teams to align client expectations with execution
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and/or the President
Act as the voice of the client internally to improve service delivery
