Build and run performance marketing across Meta Google and TikTok for multiple brands
Create the systems frameworks and testing pipelines from scratch
Own tracking attribution and reporting across the portfolio
Onboard new brands into the performance setup as we grow
Work closely with the C-Level to turn strategy into repeatable execution
Be the growth brain across the entire group - not just one brand
Requirements
Strong hands-on Meta and Google Ads experience : you know these cold
D2C or e-commerce background : you understand the full funnel
Systems thinker: you build processes not just campaigns
Comfortable operating across multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
Self-directed and hungry this role has no ceiling and no guardrails
Agency or multi-brand experience is a big plus
Doesnt care about job titles : cares about building something real
