Pay Rate: $30 $35/hr on W2

Overview
Seeking an HR Business Partner to support a chemical manufacturing plant. This role partners with leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives employee relations and workforce effectiveness in a safety-sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily HR support to plant employees and leadership
- Advise on employee relations performance management and workforce planning
- Support core HR processes (merit reviews bonuses org changes)
- Partner with EHS and leadership to promote safety culture
- Analyze workforce data (headcount turnover) using Workday
- Support recruiting and onboarding activities
- Handle employee relations issues documentation and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Maintain HR data accuracy in Workday
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR programs and policies
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required
- 1 3 years of HR or related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Ability to work onsite in a plant environment
Preferred
- HR experience in manufacturing / chemical / industrial environments
- Experience with hourly workforce & shift operations
- Workday experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
