We are seeking a detail-oriented Workplace Data & Planning Analyst to support space planning and facilities operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills who enjoys working with data maintaining accuracy and translating information into actionable insights. You will partner closely with site planners and facilities teams to manage workplace data track occupancy and support reporting that drives space optimization decisions.
Key Responsibilities Data Management & Analysis Maintain and update workplace data (e.g. seating plans occupancy workstation allocation) Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across Excel trackers and internal systems Perform regular audits and data validation checks
Reporting & Insights Build and maintain Excel-based reports dashboards and visualizations (charts graphs) Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for site planning and facilities leadership Identify trends in space utilization and provide basic insights
Space Planning Support Support site planners with workspace tracking and updates Assist in mapping seating arrangements and space allocation Help maintain documentation of floor plans and space changes
Operational Support Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination as needed Support administrative tasks related to facilities operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment
Qualifications: Required 1 3 years of experience in data support operations or administrative roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP basic formulas) High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage and organize large datasets
Preferred Experience in facilities real estate or workplace operations Familiarity with space planning tools or floor plan data (nice-to-have) Basic understanding of data visualization principles
What Success Looks Like Data is consistently accurate and up to date Reports are delivered on time and used by planners for decisions Space utilization tracking is reliable and actionable Strong partnership with site planning and operations team
