The Outside Sales Specialist (internally titled Outreach Specialist) plays a critical role on the Marketing Outreach & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success - building relationships in the community generating quality referrals and guiding prospective participants into the PACE program.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities throughout the community
Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads and potential enrollments
Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and referral partners including senior centers assisted living facilities food banks churches and other community-based organizations
Develop and implement monthly marketing plans in partnership with leadership to achieve enrollment goals
Provide education regarding PACE services and program offerings to community referral sources
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
Ability to complete DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales and marketing with at least one (1) year in healthcare or senior care preferred
Outside sales experience strongly preferred
Experience with CRM and healthcare technology platforms such as Salesforce Athena or similar systems preferred
