About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Assistant to support daily logistics warehouse inventory returns and warranty shipment operations. This is a hands-on operational role focused on execution accuracy and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
Receive inspect and register inbound materials in the ERP system.
Pack label stage and invoice outbound shipments from warehouse.
Maintain organized warehouse locations and inventory accuracy.
Support returns warranty (RMA) and project parts shipments including tracking and ERP posting.
Stock shelves organize inventory and perform regular stock counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Coordinate with freight carriers internal teams and forwarders.
Maintain availability of warehouse and shipping supplies.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and sales for the operation in charge in the ERP system.
Provide support and coordination for shipments across other departments.
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Fluent bilingual Spanish and English (mandatory)
Forklift license (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations shipping and receiving
Minimum 2 years of experience in national and international logistics including courier and cargo shipping
Knowledge of inventory management and domestic and international shipping documentation
Customs knowledge including HTS codes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP systems preferred (Business Central is a plus)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Negotiation skills
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Working hours: 7:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch break)
