Job Description

Position : .NET Developer

Location : Austin TX Onsite Must be local to TX only

Duration : Long term contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Software Engineer (Level 3) to design develop and maintain scalable web-based applications. The role involves full-cycle software development system analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop test and maintain complex applications using C# .NET Blazor and SQL
Build and enhance web-based applications (front-end & back-end)
Analyze system workflows and identify areas for optimization
Perform debugging root cause analysis and issue resolution
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
Develop and maintain database structures (Oracle SQL Server Stored Procedures)
Ensure applications meet security scalability and performance standards
Support legacy system modernization and data migration
Prepare technical documentation and release notes
Lead SDLC processes from design to deployment

Required Skills & Experience

8 years of experience in software development and SDLC

Strong expertise in:

.NET / C#
Blazor
HTML5 CSS JavaScript
SQL Oracle SQL Server

Experience with:

Full SDLC lifecycle (Agile preferred)
Application architecture and system design
Root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Leading development teams and projects

Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps Jira

Experience in technical documentation and stakeholder presentations

Bachelors degree (or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience migrating applications from Java Blazor
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG)
Prior experience with government or licensing systems
