Responsibilities

• Conduct energy modeling using eQuest software to evaluate building performance
• Analyze energy consumption patterns and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate energy-efficient design strategies
• Prepare detailed energy reports and documentation for client projects
• Stay updated on energy code requirements and sustainability practices
• Participate in project meetings and present findings to stakeholders
• Assist in the development of energy efficiency programs and initiatives
• Support project management by tracking progress and meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in energy modeling and analysis
• Proficiency in eQuest software and energy modeling techniques
• Strong understanding of building systems and energy efficiency principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with sustainability certifications (LEED BREEAM) is a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
